We always do our utmost to offer you the best shipping rates, including free delivery whenever possible. However, due to carrier rates, certain geographical areas considered remote or difficult to access are an exception.
What you need to know:
- Free Delivery Adjustment: For certain remote areas, we are unfortunately unable to offer free delivery, even if the minimum purchase amount is reached.
- Additional Shipping Costs: Additional "remote area" fees (calculated by the carrier) may apply to your order.
How does this work for your order?
- Automatic Calculation: In most cases, the exact fees will be calculated automatically when you validate your cart after entering your postal code.
- Post-Hoc Adjustment (if necessary): If a surcharge is required by the carrier but could not be calculated at the time of payment, our team will contact you by email before shipping your package to inform you. You will then have the choice to accept the fees or cancel your order without any problem.
